Not a filing service
Viatica Pro prepares documents for funeral homes to review and file themselves. It does not file paperwork with any state or government system, and nothing on this site is legal advice. Funeral homes remain responsible for the accuracy and filing of their own records.
Intellectual property
The Viatica Pro name, logo, and content on this site are owned by Viatica Pro and may not be used without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Viatica Pro is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.
Changes
We may update these terms as the product develops. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
